Review Closed Oil & Energy Orders using Access Closed Orders.

| Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Menu Security > Oil & Energy > Main Menu > Access Closed Orders. |
Click the Find button 
to use the Order Filter and supply one Filter criteria, click OK and see Closed Orders listed in Select a Closed Order. See Order Filter and Select a Closed Order for more information.
Another method to search for a Closed Oil & Energy Order is by using any of the available active fields.
Use one or multiple active fields to conduct a search.
- Order #- Enter all or a partial Order number.
- Operator- Search by an specific Operator ID to view all closed Orders
- Type- Choose a Transaction Type
- Customer Name- Enter all or a portion of a Customer Name or select F12 to search..
- Customer ID- Enter a Customer ID or select F12 to search.
- Inventory Site- Enter an Inventory Site or select F12 to search.
- Profit Center- Enter a Profit Center or select F12 to search.
- PO Number- Enter all or a portion of a Customer Purchase Order number.
